Our personalized necklaces make it possible to carry people who we miss or just want to have close to your heart. Each customized necklace is designed with special attention to detail and curated by our team of extremely skilled artisans. How does it work?
- Choose your material Titanium Steel, Sterling Silver or Titanium Gold.
- To get an engraving, select “YES”. Add a special message that you would want to be engraved on the back of your necklace.
- Click on ''Upload Photo'' to upload a high resolution photo where all the contours are clearly visible.
- Upload a high quality photo. A clear, sharp photo with natural light makes the best necklace. (See photo rules tab)
- Our artists will cut out the shape of the photo and they will then engrave the photo on a pendant.
- Titanium and Sterling Silver will be ready within 6/7 business days. Titanium Gold needs 7/9 business days. Then we wrap the necklace in our gift box and it will be all set to be shipped to you. We are proud to say that we ship worldwide for free!

Upload a high-quality photo
Upload a high-quality photo. A clear, high-quality photo with natural light makes the best necklace. Avoid low-resolution photos and poor lighting!
Positioning is very important. Make sure the person is always in the foreground and photographed up close with a good camera. Everything you want on the pendant needs to be visible on the uploaded photo. We cannot engrave parts that are not on the photo! Parts that are not visible in the picture are being cut off on the pendant.
Make sure your photo is properly exposed! Overexposed photos and underexposed photos are the main reason we can't deliver good quality.
We recommend one person per pendant for the best quality. Would you like to have two or three persons? Make sure that the people are standing next to each other without any distance.

If your submitted photo does not match our photo rules, your pendant will not match with our examples shown on our website!
If it happens that you have not followed the above photo rules, we are not responsible for the final quality and unfortunately, we cannot help you further if you are disappointed with the quality delivered.
Due to the many orders we receive every day, we cannot check all photos for the correct quality, so you are responsible for submitting a high-quality photo.
Does your pet have smooth dark fur? Then we recommend going for Sterling Silver. This is to ensure that the details are clearly visible.

Yes of course! Once we hand over your package to the shipping carrier we'll send you the number by e-mail. Once you receive your tracking number, it takes about 1-5 days to become active. We have a track and trace page on our website!
Our artisans need about 6/9 business days to make the pendants. When they are finished please allow 12-16 business days for your order to arrive (varies by location). We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including COVID-19) deliveries may be delayed. Please note that Junikio cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier. (However, *PLEASE* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!) We are not responsible for incorrectly given address information. If the customer does not receive his package as a result, we will not issue a refund!
